Huge Haggerston room 1 month let January 2026

Hello! I'll be going to Thailand from the 1st of Jan to the 26th, so making the room available from the 2nd to the 24th. Rent is discounted (even considering pro rata) and I will only ask for £50 for bills. The room is probably one of the biggest double rooms in London, no exaggeration. It's got everything you'd need to work from home, a comfy bed, a tv, a sofa and plenty storage. Just looking for someone responsible who will take good care of my room and not trash the place while away. The location is great - 5 mins walk from haggerston station, 15 minute walk from dalston junction station, and London Fields, Broadway Market, Victoria park all within walking distance. The flat is over 2 floors - you'll be living with two professionals, one downstairs and one upstairs. Your room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with one other. The flat would suit a working professional that is fairly social and doesn't mind a bit of noise on weekends, but largely the flatmates are very considerate and friendly. Happy to hear offers if the dates don't quite align. Council tax band F.
