I’m looking for a new flatmate for a bright, south-facing double room with its own private ensuite in our modern 2-bed flat in E2. The room is really spacious and comes furnished with a double bed, big wardrobe, bedside tables and a desk.

The ensuite has a freestanding bathtub and shower, modern finishes and underfloor heating (included in the rent).

The flat is on the second floor, with wooden floors throughout, a good-sized living room and a proper kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and washing machine.

There’s also extra storage in the loft, which is super handy, plus a secure bike shelter. Heating is included and the remaining bills are around £150 per month.

The building itself is very secure - three doors to get through - so it feels safe and private.

The location:
- 1 minute to Sainsbury’s Local, with Amazon Fresh and Tesco nearby.
- Columbia Road Flower Market and Hackney City Farm are basically on the doorstep, and the area is full of cafés, bars, restaurants and everything you might need.

Transport:
- Hoxton Overground is about 8 mins away.
- Shoreditch High Street 10 mins.
- Old Street 15 and Liverpool Street around 20.
- Buses from Hackney Road go straight into the City and Shoreditch.

About me:
I’m a tidy, clean, easygoing professional in my 30s, working full-time. I enjoy seeing friends and having my own space, but I also like having a bit of shared life with my flatmate - sharing a meal, chatting in the kitchen, that kind of vibe.
