Two month sublet Haggerston

Sublet: large partially furnished room is available in a spacious flat on Kingsland Road from 01/03/2025 . Available until 01/05/2025. Rent is £850 per month, plus bills.

The flat has plenty of communal space, with a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, and two bathrooms. Transport links are great, with Haggerston and Hoxton Overground both around a 5–10 minute walk away, and a bus stop directly outside the front door.

You’ll be sharing with four other housemates (male and female). LGBT household. We like to cook, watch TV in the communal space, have a drink (we have a bar), and throw the occasional dinner party. Everyone has busy schedules, so the flat is generally calm and relaxed, and we’re keen to keep it that way (not a party flat). We are all doctors so work variable hours.

Our ideal sublet would be a professional aged 25+ who is easy-going, tidy and respectful, and looking for a calm, relaxed place for a few months.
