Our flatmate Katie is sadly leaving us to move in with her boyfriend, so we are looking to fill her room. Move in from April 1st and would be a lease transfer until September with the potential to re-sign and stay on. Ideally, we’re looking for someone late 20s/early 30s and open to all genders!

🏡The Flat:
- Sharing with 3 easy and social flatmates; Jamie 28 (South African), Greta 30 (Aussie), and Sorcha 30 (Irish)
- The house is a social and chill - we like to have a drink, watch a movie or MAFS together, or just a yap in the kitchen. We occasionally have friends over for drinks on weekends, but not a party house. Looking for someone who can join this vibe!
- House is a 4-bedroom 3-bathroom with 2 outdoor areas, a spacious kitchen and living room. Lots of space to chill in summer or be cosy in winter.
- We have a dishwasher, washing machine and already stocked kitchen and appliances.

🛏️The Room
- The room is spacious with a king-sized bed and a large en-suite. It’s the only room situated on the ground floor so lots of privacy.
- It is furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

📍Location:
- In the middle of Haggerston and Hoxton overground station, each around an 8-10 minute walk, with bus stops for 149, 242, 243 and 394 a quick walk away.
- Just off the canal and walking distance to London Fields, Broadway Market, De Beaviour and Columbia Road.

💵The boring stuff
- Rent is £1,150pcm not including bills
- Deposit is £1,050 paid to our outgoing housemate
- Bills are approx - £8 a month for internet, £59.25 monthly council tax. Heat, water and electricity come quarterly and vary depending on summer/winter, ranging from £200-£300 split by 4
