Hello everyone! This is Andrea and Ceci. After many years living in London, we’re very happy to have finally found the flat of our dreams, and we’re now looking for a friendly third flatmate to come and join us.

The flat is located in Hoxton / Shoreditch, right in the heart of East London (only 2 minutes from the canal), in a lively and well-connected area with lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops nearby, as well as great transport links.

We are renting out one double bedroom with a private bathroom, quite a luxury in London these days!

The apartment is spacious and bright and features a large open-plan living area, separate kitchen, dining room, large balcony, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It comes fully furnished and includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher and integrated appliances. The bedroom can also be unfurnished if preferred.

Now a little about us:
Ceci and I are both originally from Italy and we’ve been living in London for quite a while now (maybe even too long, eheh). We both work in the fashion industry and have fairly busy schedules. We’re very sociable and enjoy spending time together, but we also really respect each other’s privacy and personal space.

We love having friends over for dinner from time to time, sharing a glass of wine in the evening and catching up about our day, but the flat is generally calm, tidy and respectful.

We both work remotely most of the time, so ideally we would prefer someone who works mostly from the office rather than from home.

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and easygoing who would enjoy sharing a home rather than just a flat.
