We're two Australian guys, both 30 and working in finance/professional services, looking for a third housemate to join us in what is genuinely one of the best spots in East London.
The house itself is a three-storey, three double bedroom property in a secure, gated mews development on Gloucester Square. It sits directly overlooking the Regent's Canal and is right opposite Haggerston Park — so whether your Sunday looks like a walk along the towpath or a coffee in the park, you're sorted. The development is peaceful and private, with allocated parking, a private garden, and a communal garden that's apparently won awards (we'd agree).
Practically speaking, you're a short walk from London Overground (Haggerston and Dalston), and Broadway Market is essentially on your doorstep — some of the best cafés, pubs, and Saturday markets in London.
On us: We're easy-going, sociable, and respectful of people's space. The flat is well looked after and we're happy to make it feel like home for whoever joins. We work hard during the week and like to have fun on the weekends, but we're not animals about it.
The room: Flexible on allocation — rooms range from £1,300 to £1,700/month depending on size. Happy to chat through what works.
