Am looking to fill the other double once the current tenant moves to Brighton at the end of July. Ideally the tenancy will be 12 months.
The flat itself is very well proportioned (a rarity in London these days) with good sized kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. The living room and vacant bedroom even boast green views over Haggerston Park. Bills & Council Tax come to about £90 each a month.
The location is fantastic, opposite Haggerston Park, 5 mins from Columbia Road, Broadway Market, London Fields etc. Lots of supermarkets within walking distance incl. Coop & Sainsbury's literally a 2 min walk, and Tesco a little further down the road. Lots of buses to the city from Hackney road, with Haggerston & Hoxton Overground stations a 5 minute walk.
You'll be sharing with me, Max, from London who works for a consultancy on Old St. I'm pretty laid back, quite into my sports, healthy living and music. Enjoy good food, spontaneous pub sessions and the odd discotheque.
Write to me telling me a bit about yourself and I'll get back to you about coming round to see the flat.
