Hammersmith: found a property, need to buddy up!

Hi,

I am looking for a nice easy peasy human being to buddy up and rent this very good looking property in vibrant Hammersmith close to shops and station!
It's a lovely area, green, close to river, with hammersmith station getting you pretty much everywhere.
NOTE: postcode is not accurate, it is on greyhound road

I have been living in Hammermith for nearly 10 years, 8 in the same flat, but unfortunately it has been sold. I have moved area for the last couple of year but miss being in this area.

I work full time and pretty busy. I used to travel a lot, hopefully will do it again soon!
I love good food, healthy food but cakes too! I cook a lot but also a regular gym user and yoga self confessed addict.
Would be nice to share with someone with same interests but really not a priority. More important, someone chilled with a positive approach to life, clean and tidy but no lunatic or OCD psychotic please lol

My budget ideally including bills would be 600-650 pcm max.

The flat I foubd: it is a 1 bed with a big living room that is separated to the kitchen, which would allow it to be used as the 2nd bedroom.
Landlord is fine witb that :)
Your potential room being bigger it would be £700 pcm
It is pretty good value for location and only two people sharing.

If You're tired of sharing flat with multiple people and looking for a home but can't afford (like myself) to live on your own, that could be the deal!
I don't have credit on spare room that means I can't message till you do ;)
