Hi there!

I am leaving this lovely room behind to move in with my partner. The room is of amazing size and is a steal for this area, so I am saying goodbye to the space with a heavy heart (more images coming!)! The house itself is only a 10-minute walk away from Hammersmith tube station. With Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s all around the corner, there is no need to panic when the milk carton is empty in the morning for that all-essential caffeine shot.

About the housemates.. We are Jennifer, David, Alex, Ryan, Camille and Lana (leaving). We are a mixed group of professionals all in our 20s/30s and working across tech, software engineering, fashion and sales. Camille is currently studying European Law.

The room available is a wonderful and spacious double bed, with cupboard storage available throughout the house for luggage and other bulky items. We also have a spacious living room and a lovely garden which make it very worth it. We are all respectful of our living environment and like to keep it tidy and clean. Ideally we are looking for a professional female or male who would nicely fit into our lovely home.

The room is available from Tuesday, March 1st. The deposit is £580, and the full rent is £674, which includes all bills & fortnightly cleaning services.
