Room in spacious Hammersmith flat

Living room

I'm moving out of my flat and looking for someone to take my room. The room is bright and cosy with under bed storage. There is also a large attic for extra storage space. It is furnished with a double bed and dresser.

The flat has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower/bathtub.

It has a spacious living room and an amazing kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The appliances are quite new. There is plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space. You would have the whole living area to yourself for working from home. There is also space to store a bike, and we've created a little unofficial balcony, if you don't mind going through a window!

The location is amazing. It is under 5 minutes to walk to Hammersmith tube stations (Hammersmith and City, Circle, Piccadilly and District lines), the Hammersmith bus station, and there are Santander cycles 30 seconds from the flat.
It is right on the edge of Brackenbury village, so very peaceful, and close to Kings Street high street with a variety of shops. There is a Sainsburys, Tesco Metro and M&S within 5 minutes as well as a Tesco Superstore within 12 minutes. Also lots of pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, fast food stops, gyms within minutes, and Westfields just up the road. Also, Ravenscourt Park and the river are close by.

You would be living with two guys, both professionals working in IT who have been living in the flat for over 3 years. They're really friendly and social, always up for a drink, but very respectful of your space. They keep the flat tidy. We would like to find someone who would fit in well.

Bills come to around £80 a month. The tenancy runs until the end of January and can be renewed after that. We deal directly with the landlord who is very hands off but quick to respond to emails and to make any repairs.
