My lovely single room (has double bed in it) has become available as I’ve decided to move back to my family in Yorkshire, as we continue into remote working for the foreseeable future! It is 1 of 4 rooms in a beautiful, modern and newly refurbished apartment. There is a 24 hour concierge / security hut inside a gated complex as well as lift up to the 3rd floor apartment!

Fully furnished flat with a new kitchen, spacious living room and 2 bathrooms. 1 is an en suite shared by 2 people, so you will only be sharing with 2 other girls. Everyone is not always around at any one time so mostly you will only be sharing it with 1 other person :)

Bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside drawer and built in wardrobe, as well as some shelving.

Rent is paid on the 15th of every month at £620. Bills are calculated based on usage and split between tenants, and have never been more than £70-£80 per person per month.

You will be in a prime location within 1 minute walk of Virgin Active Gym, 3-5 minute walk to Hammersmith underground stations and Broadway, as well as many shops, restaurants, and venues! Also have Brook Green park down the road, tennis courts, pubs and a large Tesco supermarket 5 minute walk from the flat!
