The modern 2 bed flat is on the 3rd storey of a 4 storey building, with two businesses below and one flat above, then a spacious roof terrace to top it off. The flat has a large open plan kitchen/living area with two large bookcases and two sofas, one for each of us, a coffee table, a television, a dining table and chairs, and the kitchen is fitted with an oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath/shower, loo, sink, and towel rail. The flat has a video entry phone and a button to unlock the main building door.
You'll be sharing the flat with 1 other person, me (Samantha). I'm a 26yr old civil servant and I spend most of my spare time reading, watching Netflix and silly shows like Strictly, and exploring the galleries and museums of London. I'm not a big one for parties and like the flat to be a calm, safe space. I can cook and am happy to have meals together. I’m double vaccinated and have had the flu jab. I’m covid safe and wear a mask when in shops or crowded places.
The flat is enviably situated just opposite Hammersmith station (District and Piccadilly lines) and less than a 5 minute walk from the station for the Hammersmith and City and Circle lines. It takes no time at all to get into central London. The main station has a Tesco metro and a stone's throw away is King's Road, with Sainsbury's, Lidl, M&S, and Iceland for food as well as H&M, New Look, Primark and TK Maxx for shopping. A 15 minute walk away is Westfield shopping centre.
Rent is £888pcm utilities included, plus internet and council tax it comes to £965. The only cost not included in this is the TV licence which we pay each year. The letting agents and property managers require a deposit of 1025.20, along with references and proof of income/salary (27k or a UK guarantor). Minimum of 12month contract but with 6month break clause.
