Big double room in Hammersmith

My flatmate is moving abroad so I’m looking for a new flatmate from mid April :)

Rent is £800 + bills (around £150–£200 per person/month).

The room pictured comes fully furnished.
The flat has a large bathroom with an open shower and a second separate toilet, so there’s rarely any waiting.

The kitchen has an extendable dining table, TV and your own fridge. There isn’t technically a separate living room, but the kitchen works as a nice shared space to watch TV, chat or have dinner.

The flat is 7 minutes walk from Hammersmith Station, about 10 minutes from Barons Court, and close to the High Street with shops like M&S, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Iceland, Primark and Ikea, H&M.

I’m 35 from Hungary and work as a nanny. I like keeping the flat tidy and having a friendly, relaxed home environment. I’m happy to chat or share a meal sometimes, but I also appreciate a calm home and respecting each other’s space.

Looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with.
