Hi there,

a nice cozy room in excellent location in Hammersmith available from 24.04.
You would be sharing with 3 other girls Leo, Lena and Eureka.

Location:
Top location 5 minute walk from Hammersmith or Ravenscourt station, 2 minute walk to the river Thames (it is beautiful in summer). Piccadilly line, Hammersmith & city, circle and district line all around the corner, great connection into the city.

Rent/Deposit:
£710 including bills, private landlord, no agency fees, £400 deposit

Flat/Flatmates:
4 rooms (3 occupied) you would be sharing with 3 other girls. They all work full time, are social but also respect each others space.
The flat has a kitchen with a good size table but unfortunately no living room.

This is not a Party flat and we like to keep it clean however we are always up for a glass of wine or a night out :) In general the vibe in the flat is quite chilled.

I am moving out very soon so I am looking for someone who can move in ASAP.

The wardrobe and the chest of drawers would be £200. The bed and armchair will stay in the room.
