A nice friendly reliable non smoking individual, preferably a professional, who is bright, respectful, easy going, clean, neat and tidy. (Mid 20’s to mid 40’s age range)

A Residents Street Parking Permit is available from Hammersmith & Fulham council at around £120 for 12 months.
In addition there is the extra car charge ULEZ which is another £12.50 per day so having a car is now extremely expensive.

(12) Travel time (London Underground average journey times)
Although in Zone 2, the travel time is fast into Central London on the Piccadilly Line without having to change. The Piccadilly Line is frequent because of the Heathrow Airport / Central London link. Times from Hammersmith to:
