I am moving to another part of London so need to find a replacement tenant to take this lovely modern double bedroom in Hammersmith/Chiswick.

The room is available from 1st June and comes included with all the furnishings in the pictures minus the office chair (i. e., a double bed frame and mattress, two white cupboards, a wardrobe, a dresser, a 4-cube shelf, a desk, and an upholstered chair).

The property is a 6 bedroom house set over three floors with a decked garden. It's a 10 minute walk to Stamford Brook station (district line) and around a 15-20 minute walk to Hammersmith (piccadilly line). The house is also very close to the river and has some great local pubs & restaurants nearby.

There are 5 other housemates - 2 males and 3 females who are all professionals. You will be sharing the bathroom with only one of the males.

The house is always clean as you see in the photos, which is wonderful if you want a clean and modern space.
