Hi! I’m going away for two months while travelling and I’m subletting my room for the time being - happy to discuss extension of time period for your convenience.

You will be sharing with one gal, as the flat itself is small. Ideal for someone who needs accommodation asap, or who needs extra time to look. (been there, hence why we are flexible with extending!)

You will be right in between Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith, so plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment options, specially with Westfield being a 10-15 mins walk away.

For groceries, LIDL is an 8mins and big Tesco 5mins walk, as well as Hammersmith Broadway Tesco which closes at midnight, and a Sainsbury’s a minute away that stays open til 11pm all days of the week.

You will be well served of transportation, as you have Shepherds Bush’s, Hammersmith’s and White City bus garages within a 15min walk to the furthest. Bus stop 30secs away with buses to all of those bus garages as well.

You will also have 6 tube lines nearby:

Goldhawk Road (Circle and H&C - 8mins)
Shepherds Bush (Overground and Central - 10 mins)
Hammersmith (District and Picadily - 10 mins)

On to the boring part, rent is £1000 per month inclusive of all bills and wifi. Happy to discuss lowering price if staying for the whole three months / upfront payments.
