Single room in Hammersmith flatshare

We have a single room available in our split level flat in Hammersmith. There is a large shared living room, separate kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, a second downstairs toilet and a balcony. We are a friendly household with busy schedules, so don't spend much time in the flat together, but we are all chatty when we do see each other! Our household is currently all made up of performers, so you will hear some singing (although sound doesn't travel too much in the flat, so each room feels very private). We all keep the flat clean and tidy and are respectful of shared spaces.

The location is great, with everything you need nearby and great transport links. You can be in central London in 20-30 minutes.

The room is small but has good storage space, a large window for lots of natural light and has recently been painted. In the past, the room has often been taken by students and people living in London for a shorter period. The landlord is flexible about the contract, so short term lets are fine as long as you give enough notice and help to find a replacement tenant when you leave.

Bills change throughout the year as energy uses goes up and down and are usually between £50-100 each per month including water, internet, council tax (band E), gas and electricity.
