- Lease from 4th April

Price: £825 plus bills (bills approx £150 per month)

Deposit £1,081.73

We’ve lived here for nearly 3 years and will be extending our contract that renews on 4th April, with the new tenant to be on the lease from then.

Room offered either unfurnished or furnished with ottoman storage bed frame and sliding wardrobe (£300 for both)

Looking for a 25-30 professional who will look after our space and keep it clean🫧
Due to the room size it is preferred that you would work in the office most of the week.

You’ll be sharing with three 27/28 year olds girls who like a wholesome games night in and going to fun events 💃🏻we love to be social but also respect eachother’s space and would like a friendly and clean housemate
