Room available in Hammersmith

We have just had an offer accepted on a flat in Hammersmith right by the river. It’s a 5 bed and we’re looking to fill the 5th bedroom!

🏠About the flat:
It’s a lovely house - all the bedrooms are a great size. The room has a desk, wardrobe and double bed. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 other girls. The kitchen and lounge open onto a garden so we’re very excited to move in time for summer!
The room would be £900 without bills. You will need to be able to pay deposit (one months rent before). Move in date is May.

Ages: 25-29
We’re really sociable and friendly. We have all lived together for the past couple of years. We all work full time so would ideally be looking for someone else who is in the same position and likes a relaxed evening in as well as an impromptu pub trip! We all are good friends but also have our own friends too. We’re super chilled, clean and respectful of each other’s spaces and we’re really excited to make this house a lovely home.
