This is a lovely, sun soaked flat, 1 min walk from Baron's Court station with a balcony, porter and heating/hot water included in the rent. I'm looking for someone who is tidy and takes initiative for their roles within the flat. I'm subletting on behalf of the landlords and happy to do a short contract from april- june/july but open to 12 month contracts too, starting April.
The rooms are both very large and fully furnished with one bathroom and the living room is where I stay (with a sofa bed that we can convert if needed). The kitchen has a washer-dryer, dishwasher and an airfryer! There's also parking and a communal garden.
Would love to find a flatmate or two with similar hobbies and interests.
