Double Room in Hammersmith - £625 pcm + bills

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our three-bedroom flat from 6th April 2026. The flat is located between Hammersmith (9-minute walk) and Ravenscourt Park (7-minute walk) tube stations, with great transport links and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Please note that the current tenancy runs until 22nd May 2026, so there’s a possibility that the rent may increase after this point (for reference, the rent has increased by £75 since I moved into the flat in 2022).

The room

Double bedroom (furnished) with plenty of storage - easily fits a small sofa and a desk. The sofa, desk and bedside table are mine, but I would be happy to leave these for the new tenant.

* Bills are typically around £80 per month

Rent

* £625 per month (excluding bills)
* Available 6th April 2026
* Deposit: £635
* There is also a £50 fee to change the name on the tenancy agreement

Current flatmates

You’ll be living with two female flatmates: a 24-year old British student and a 37-year old Finnish nanny. One flatmate has two pet rabbits, but they are kept in her room and so won’t be in shared spaces.

My flatmates are looking for a calm, tidy and respectful flatmate who enjoys a peaceful home environment and helps to keep the flat clean. This is a quiet household, so would suit someone who isn’t into late-night parties and values mutual respect and consideration.
