Sublet - Loft room with roof terrace, Hammersmith!

Hi girlies! ✨ We have a dreamy attic room available to sublet for a few months in our beautiful Hammersmith/Chiswick home. We are looking for someone fun, kind and easygoing to join us!

The room is bright and spacious, with large windows that let in loads of natural light, plus access to a private roof terrace - perfect for morning coffees or evening drinks.

The house itself is a real gem: a large shared lounge, kitchen, a beautiful garden (ideal for summer), and plenty of space to relax or socialise. There are also 3 bathrooms.

You’ll be living with four wonderful girls and one boyfriend all aged 24–27 who are friendly, sociable, and mostly in the office during the week. We’re close as a house and love the occasional wine night or spontaneous dance in the kitchen, so we’re looking for someone who’d enjoy a similar vibe.

5–10 min walk to Stamford Brook (District line)

20 min walk to Hammersmith (District, Piccadilly & Hammersmith & City lines)

💷 Rent: £1000 per month (including bills - council tax band G)

🛏 Room: Spacious, furnished attic room with large windows & roof terrace

🏡 House: Victorian, large lounge & garden

🚿 Bathrooms: 3 shared between the house

👯‍♀️ Housemates: 4 girls and one (very lovely and tidy!) boyfriend, all mid-20s

📅 Availability: Around 3 months (flexible on dates)

We’re looking for:
A girl in her mid–late 20s who is tidy, friendly, and sociable - someone who is warm and up for the occasional glass of wine and a boogie (and maybe a tarot card reading).
