I’m moving out and looking for someone great to take over my room in this fantastic house share!

This is a recently renovated furnished double room featuring your own private shower room next to the bedroom. The rent includes all bills (council tax, heating, electric, internet & water).

You’ll be joining a friendly group of young professionals working across a variety of industries. The house has a warm, sociable atmosphere, but because it’s a large property, there’s always plenty of privacy and quiet when you want it—unlike many house shares, it really feels like having your own space.

The house has 2 kitchens so there is plenty of storage and cooking space has never been an issue. One of the kitchens also has a dining table and communal TV.

The garden is a good size and has plenty of seating for BBQs and enjoying the summer!

The house is just a few steps from the river—it is literally at the end of the road! The local area has a great selection of riverside pubs and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. Ravenscourt Park is less than 10 minutes away whilst Chiswick is around 20 minutes.
