Double bedroom with lovely garden flat Hammersmith

The flat has a very cute garden, with a bay window so you can see it anytime. It is very pleasant to sit in the serene garden from Spring onwards. The house is close to the walks by the River Thames and the Hammersmith Bridge.. Hammersmith tube station is 5-7 minutes walk.

The flat is furnished, with bed, mattress, wardrobe, mirror, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, ... (no TV, radio,...)
As you can see from the photos, next to the bed the bedroom has two wardrobes from floor to ceiling one on each side of the chimney, there is also a sofa and a coffee table.
Each room is for single occupancy (sorry no couples). I am looking for a friendly clean tenant so the flat-share is always a friendly one. Paying on time is important.

All bills are included ( Council tax, Electricity, Water and Internet) except for Gas which is £15-20 pcm approx in February March and £10-15 from April).

No fees, no agencies.

The flat is available on the 1st of February till 19 of June or a shorter let of a minimum of 3 months is also possible.
