[2 MONTHS STAY CONSIDERED: we're either looking for someone who would like to settle long term, or someone who would take the room for July and August and move out in September!]

As I am moving out of my lovely flat, my flatmate is looking for someone to share this elegant two bedroom flat with.

Close by is a large Tesco and a Tesco Express, Waitrose and Co-op. Transport links are excellent with Barons Court (Piccadilly Line and District Line) and West Kensington (District Line) tube stations a 7 minute walk away. The overground at West Brompton is a 12 minute walk. There are several bus links nearby.

The room is a massive double room with two sash windows, very bright and fully furnished with a double bed, huge mirror, chest of drawers (lots of storage!). (And the possibility to add more furniture, such as a desk, etc.)

There is a spacious living kitchen, a bright large Victorian sitting room overlooking a private park and a nice bathroom (bathtub!) to share. There is also a communal private garden & private tennis courts just for the residents.

A bit about Giovanna, my current flatmate who you would share the flat with: she is an easy-going professional, working in Fashion Luxury. She has been in the flat over one year, does lots of sports, enjoys going out with friends, bars, cinema, exhibitions, etc.

We are looking for a professional person who is respectful, clean and tidy, up for a chat and a glass of wine in front of a movie every now and then, but also able to enjoy each other own space.

STRICTLY NO COUPLES but ONLY SINGLE OCCUPANTS.

• Pre-requirements to move in : £ 1160 of deposit in advance + 1 month rent (867£)

• Bills are not included in the rent and are roughly 100/150£ per month (council tax, water, gas, electricity and high speed wifi)

Available from end June/beginning July 2019. Move in date flexible (I can adapt my move out date).
