This flat has been my lovely home for the past year. I am sad to put this room up, but I am now having to move to a different location.

🍀The room:
A large double bedroom that comes with a comfy sofa, huge built-in wardrobe, utility table, working desk and mirrors. The room is huge so it covers the fact that there isn’t a living room in the house! There is a lot of light coming in this room, with two huge windows (you can unlock the metal bars if you lik). The double bed mattress is new and is extremely comfy.

🍀The house:
Kitchen has two fridges, plenty of cupboard space, microwave, new oven&hob (it’s fantastic), dishwasher, washing machine with most kitchenware already set up.

We have a cleaner coming in weekly for keeping communal spaces very clean. Also, my flatmates love keeping it clean so I would ideally want someone who can clean after themselves.

Shower is very good, an absolute power shower which is sometimes even too strong I have to turn it down. Very clean with no moles.

This house also has a triple lock system for your security.

🍀Neighborhood:
You have a small sainsburys 3min walk, tesco express in 6min walk, a huge tesco (really quite huge) 13min walk and a modern indie coffee shop also three minutes away and pret within another three minutes.

You can stroll to Hammersmith Broadway area to access a lot of shops / banks if you need.

This flat is 5minute walk from Baron’s Court, 10minute walk from West Brompton and 15minute walk Kensington Olympia. Very close to all the lines including Hammersmith station, so accessibility is a key feature for this flat.

🍀Housemates:
You will be moving in with very respectful flatmates who are always up for a chat but who also like their own time. We make sure our communal areas are clean and tidy, and it is important to respect other’s demanding work schedules and keep a calm and quiet house late at night. Housemates include a Masters student and two professionals working in luxury retail and finance.
