All bills combined in a monthly payment of £100 a month, including fast fibre broadband (150Mb), council tax, TV license, water and all energy.

Move in date from mid May.

Close to bishops park, the river, convenient local shops (5 mins to local Tesco), gyms and restaurants. Walking distance to Putney Bridge and Hammersmith stations and high streets.

It's a quiet area with excellent amenities, incredibly convenient for Westminster and the City (40 mins).

I've lived with friends and love getting to know new people. My flatmate has just moved out to buy her own place. Enjoy a chat over food or a glass of wine in the evening, and a flat trip to the pub or local restaurants. Hobbies in lockdown have been running, cooking and baking - in normal times love theatre, travelling and art. I work reasonably long hours as a civil servant, although happy to chat during the course of the day.

I'm tidy and organised, and have a fortnightly cleaner to take the stress out of keeping everything nice. I'm conscientious about covid and government guidelines.
