BIG Double Room + Private Garden!

Hey there!

Our wonderful flatmate is going travelling so we’re looking for a fun, tidy, professional housemate to move in at the end of November.

The space:

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining area, a large living room, and 1 bathroom with a separate loo. The room is large (4x3m) with a whole wall of fitted wardrobes and I'm happy to get a desk if someone needs to WFH a few days a week.

All modcons included: full kitchen including washer, dishwasher, and internet (obviously!)

Great restaurants, bars and shops on our doorstep!

Hammersmith and Barons Court are both 10-15 mins walk, as is the river which I try and walk along every day.

The flat is furnished but I only moved in last year and we’re both into DIY!

Can be flexible on viewing time/date.

All in is £975 which includes a weekly cleaner.

The Flatmates:

Vic: I work full time in advertising and wfh probably 50% of the time. I'm pretty healthy and very active so ideally after someone that has a similar lifestyle. Am into surfing/climbing/adventures/being outdoors!

Freddie: works in engineering/tech. Into surfing/skiing/tennis-down in Cornwall most weekends.

Both love vanlife.

Definitely non smoker and no students please.
