THE ROOMIES:
Very sadly 😢 I have to leave the house because I’m relocating to Kent for work.
One girl, and two guys in a four bedroom house in a quiet area of Fulham. We are all working professionals and ages range from 26 - 36 so we are looking for this age range.

We all get along well and together we’ll have dinner parties, go out sometimes, and we love exploring London. Our nationalities are Australian, British and Italian.

THE HOUSE:
The house has a lovely lounge room with working fireplace and adjoining dining room. Large eat-in kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob and brand new fridge and microwave. We have a separate utility room which has a washing machine and dryer, there is also another downstairs bathroom with a shower. We have a patio out the back and a beautiful deck on the top level (this is attached to a bedroom but it’s still communal).

THE ROOM:
Rent: £725 pcm
Deposit: 6 weeks rent

The bathroom is shared between the 3 rooms on the first floor, however there is the other bathroom on the ground floor.

BILLS:
Bills come to around £80 each and include fast speed internet, water, gas, electric, and council tax. We have a cleaner that comes fortnightly and cleans the communal areas, this is included in the rent.

THE AREA:
This is such a nice quiet area to live in with plenty of parks, and the river is only a 6min walk away (see photos).

The nearest tube is Barons Court (15mins walk) which has both the District and Piccadilly lines. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Parsons Green and West Brompton are all just over a 15min walk. There are loads of buses and the bus stops are 1-2 mins walk away (Fulham Cross is the bus stop). All the main supermarkets are within a 6min walk as well as a couple of gyms.
