Double room in large house in Fulham

Amazing opportunity to live in this huge, friendly Fulham houseshare. I really like living here but I got offered a position in the USA so will be moving there in the new year. Sadly, this means that my time in London is up and it’s someone else’s turn to make this amazing room theirs!

THE RENT
The rent for the room is 700 a month + bills. I the bills work out to about a 100 a month on average. More in the winter, less in the summer.

THE HOUSE
The house is a large end of terrace with 2 roof terraces (one can be accessed from my room and the other from Viktor's), a patio (with a shed and a gate for direct access from the street if you’re cycling). On the ground floor there is a large living area with a living room and a dining area (which has been useful to work from home during this pandemic). Through this living area, you enter the kitchen which has another dining area, a bathroom (one of 2 bathrooms that's shared in the house) and a separate laundry room. You’ll have plenty of storage space in the kitchen which comes fully equipped with 2 ovens, 2 fridge freezers, a gas hob, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and tableware!
On the first floor, there’s 3 bedrooms, a second bathroom and the first roof terrace.
On the second floor is the final en-suite room with a roof terrace.

THE ROOM
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers. It's not huge but there is enough space to fit a desk & do yoga. The desk is mine but because I am moving abroad I'm willing to sell it.

THE FLATMATES
The three people you’ll be living with are Vik (33, a German tax lawyer who has been in London and in the house for 5 years), Conor (26, Irish & works in software development for a consultancy) and Reija (33, Finnish & works in B2B sales in HR tech). Conor & Reija have just moved in as well.
We’re all pretty laid back and do our own thing but also like to hang out and have a few drinks/dinner from time to time and BBQs when the weather is better! Looking for a professional and social flatmate who wants to make the place feel like home, have a chat, share occasional bottle of wine in front of TV or try some local activities together :)

THE AREA
The house is within 5 mins of walk to a Sainsbury’s, Tesco and co-op. There’s also a large Waitrose and whole foods about 10-15 mins walk from the house. You can reach West Kensington, Barons Court, Hammersmith and West Brompton stations within 10-15 mins walk. The river is also about a 10-15 mins walk from the house. Located on the border of Hammersmith and Fulham, there’s also several green spaces close by to go chill in or exercise. There’s also a Santander bike station within a minute from the front door.
