I'm currently moving out of this nice house located just 2 minutes walking from Hammersmith station and the Riverside, and my massive room will be available for anyone interested. The house is a 4-bed house shared with my Spanish friends, all of them professionals working in the construction/consultancy industry, very outgoing who love socialize in the house. The house does have 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms upstairs, with the kitchen, toilet, the room and garden on ground floor level. The room is a massive room meant to be the living room, with access to rear garden. The room is furnished with bed, timber chest of drawers, low sofa table, and wardrobe (not the one in the photo). The rest of the furniture can be sold for the following prices:
- Desk: £15
- Office chair: £30
- Wardrobe: £150
- Freestanding Shelves: £8
- Freestanding clothes racks/shelves: £15
- Sofa bed: £200
- White chest of drawers (under TV): £50
- Curtains: £5
- all the above as a pack: £380 (TV can be negociated)

The price is £1000 pcm including all bills: council tax, water, energy & fibre broadband.

The person replacing me be must be English or Spanish speaker, professional /no student, clean/tidy person, no smoker, preferably between 30-35.

The room will be available from 1st October, but this can be flexible 1 week up/down.
