A cosy double room available on the top floor of a lovely little 3-bedroom maisonette just off Fulham Palace Road. The attic room has a slanted ceiling but it has lots of storage space and is nice and quiet. The flat has a shared living room and a modern kitchen and bathroom, and the room comes furnished (furniture may differ from photos).

Your flatmates will be two professionals in our early 30s (one male and one female). We are good friends, and we love food and a pint by the riverside. We are looking for someone easy-going, tidy and sociable to join our little family long term.

The flat is a
- 10 minute walk to Hammersmith high street with great transport links and shops
- 5 minute walk to Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose
- 5 minute walk to the riverside

Bills are £150 per month in addition to rent including gas & electricity, water, council tax (Band D) and broadband.
