Large double room in a riverside garden flat

Please note this room is for a vegan/vegetarian/pescetarian. Also, cat lovers only please.

I am renting out a master bedroom in my 2 bed ground floor flat. It is located in a very quiet cul de sac with private parking. It has a front patio, which is partly covered from rain, and a large secluded garden overlooking the river. The bedroom is south facing, light and spacious. It features a double bed with a premium comfy mattress, a desk+chair, extra large floor mirror, chest of drawers and 2 build in wardrobes with plenty of storage.

There is a shared kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

You will be sharing the flat with me and my lovely cat. I am mostly vegan hence no meat eaters please. I like to cook, meditate, study Spanish, read spiritual books, enjoy the sun, go out to cafes and travel amongst other things. I am not looking for a 'logger' but for a flatmate with similar interests to share my home with. A spiritual person highly welcome.

Please note this is an alcohol free household.

Council tax and broadband included. Bills to share are water, heating and electricity which are under £100 per person per month.
