Looking for someone friendly and easy-going to take over my room in a light and airy flat in a great location (Hammersmith/Fulham zone 2)

Contract would be until 12th August, however there is opportunity to extend after this.

The flat is lovely with excellent connectivity. Very close to bus stops (about 5 minutes) and about a 15/20 minute walk to Hammersmith Tube station. The area itself has lots of shops and pubs close by, also bishops park which is really nice to escape to sometimes.

Rent: £1100 pm + bills (with hot water and heat included)

the double room will be Furnished, I’m taking my furniture with me, but the room will still have the double bed, the bed side table, and has huge wardrobe storage!

The building itself is a Gated building with direct access to the Thames path adjacent.

the flat has x2 bathrooms which are shared, one has shower over a bath, with toilet and sink.. the other is just toilet and sink.

The kitchen and living room are spacious with many more storage spaces

The flat also has sliding doors taking you out to a patio and river views which is lovely in the summer!

Parking Space is at additional cost

You would be living with my lovely housemate Supraja, who is a working professional mainly working from home.

I will be so sad to leave the flat and my housemate however I’m looking to move out of London back down south & closer to my family

Viewings can either be done with both of us there, or just Supraja as she will be living with you 😊
