We have a comfortable flat on the top floor (third floor) with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a toilet, and a small communal area. While it's not newly furnished, the amenities are in great condition, providing a pleasant living space.

The available room is the biggest bedroom in the flat, furnished with a double bed, a desk and other essential furniture. Since the current flat tenant will be away from the flat from May 6th 2024 to August 27th 2024, we are planning the sublet the bedroom during this period.

Currently, there are two other tenants in the flat. We maintain good living habits and love the keep the shared areas clean and tidy.

One of the best features of the flat is its excellent location. Situated right next to Kensington Olympia overground station, it offers convenient access to various transportation options. The Central line (Shepherd's Bush), District line (West Kensington), Piccadilly line (Earl's Court), Circle, and Hammersmith & City line (Goldhawk Road) are all within walking distance.

You'll find a Tesco nearby the flat, and you can also go to the Westfield and Lidl which are located near Shepherd's Bush station.
