The historic (but modernised) building – featured in numerous movies/TV series – is full of lovely neighbours and sits on the bank of the Thames next to Hammersmith Bridge.
Besides having the Thames on your doorstep, there is also a quiet, leafy courtyard accessed from the rear of the flat - a great place to enjoy the afternoon sun in private.
The comfortable sitting room offers river views, Danish furniture and a large TV.
The bright sit-in kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso machine, and all the necessary dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots, and pans.
Your quiet double bedroom has courtyard garden views and is fully furnished. The bathroom and loo, will of course be yours alone.
It's like a luxury flat share, but with your flatmates never home.
Water, WiFi, council tax, and TV bills are included. You'd only pay gas and electricity.
ps. There is also secure basement storage for your bicycle.
