I fully refurbished this room in August 2024.

It’s a compact unit with its own accessories.

Whoever takes it will be the second student to make use of it after the refurb which has been tastefully done in a pale grey and sage theme.

It’s located a few minutes from several bus stops serving central London (routes 295/190/211/74/430/424/220) and a 10 - 12 minute walk to either Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway, West Brompton, Barons Court and Hammersmith tube stations.

This is strictly a non smoking property.

The room is part of a family home (myself/husband/son) and we have three Spaniel dogs so please keep this under consideration.

Cooking facilities are provided in the hallway adjacent to the room.

PLEASE NOTE: the contract is strictly for a female student to become a lodger not a tenant. Proof of acceptance onto a course in a university will be required.
