I’m looking to sublet my double room in this lovely 3 bed flat as going travelling. You’ll be sharing with 2 amazing girls in their late twenties who love to socialise! 👯‍♀️ It’s a fun, girly house 💕

The location is excellent, just between Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Park and there’s a river nearby for the best sunset views 🌅.
It feels very safe, with lots of cafes, bars and shops nearby! The Ravenscourt Park is just 5 mins walk and if you like running, the river is literally 5 mins run away - such a lovely route. The closest shop - Tesco Express is just a 3 mins walk, super convenient. With many more shops in Hammersmith High Street.

The flat is located in Victorian Mansion. It’s a luxurious very spacious and bright flat with an open kitchen and living room, decorated to the highest standard. You will find everything you need. The room itself comes with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror, lamp and desk/ dressing table. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one girl as the other bedroom has en-suite.
