🏡Two Rooms Available in Fulham / West Kensington

My flatmate is moving out so I have two rooms becoming available from March 3rd and I’m looking for people to renew the lease with for the year!

Rent is around £1000-£1100 a month for each room but happy to discuss rental split. Both rooms are slightly different in size so the rent can vary based on that. The bathroom will be shared with one other person since I have an en-suite.

The flat is bright and airy and gets a lot of sunlight due to the big bay windows. All rooms in the flat have high ceilings and the bedrooms are pretty big for a London flat!

The flat was unfurnished when we moved in so you will need your own furniture for your bedroom. I have a wardrobe in one of the rooms that we have been using as a spare room / office for the last year, happy to get rid of it or pass it on. The shared spaces will be mostly furnished since I have a lot of stuff already e. g. sofa, tv, kitchen appliances etc so there’s no need to really buy anything for those spaces.

A bit about me, I'm 30, work in fintech and I work hybrid. I'm pretty active, into the gym, travelling, skiing, and like going out for drinks/food/to events etc, but also happy to chill at home. Ideally looking to live with social housemates that I'm also friends with!

📍West Kensington Station (district line) - 1 min walk
📍Barons Court station (district and Piccadilly lines) - 8 min walk
📍Fulham Broadway - 15 minute walk
📍Parsons Green - 20 minute walk

🛍️ Right near North End Road for shops. Tesco express and little Waitrose are within a 5 min walk. There’s also a M&S within a 15 minute walk.

🏋️ Pure Gym, Gym Group, Virgin Active, David Lloyd’s and more are within walking distance

☕️ Nice cafes, restaurants and pubs all nearby.

🏞️ 15 min walk to the river.

Bills are not included in the rent however they’re fairly low!
