• the flat is on the first floor of a very lovely and quiet building — there is a lift too
• very convenient and strategic location: only 10-15mins walk from Barons Court, Hammersmith and Fulham. There are also few bus stops around (295, 220, 74, ..). Local Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Coop just few min again and few off licences around with postage service
• you can find ‘Better Gym’ 1min away from the building, also a park and it’s only 10min from the river
• you will be sharing the flat with Laura: 31yo, works in finance, loves to read, theatre, run and Netflix. She is extremely respectful, polite, clean and sweet (will miss her very much!)
