Double room in friendly Kensington houseshare

As our flatmate is sadly moving in with his girlfriend, we looking for a sociable professional for a double bedroom in our spacious, friendly four-person flat.

🛏️ The room

The unfurnished double room is available from March onwards. The room has a sink (with wall-mounted mirror) and built-in wardrobe.

Rent is £800/month, excluding bills. Bills are approx. £145/month including council tax, electricity, heating, WiFi, etc!

📍The flat

A spacious two-storey maisonette, the flat has high ceilings, tons of natural light, a large living room and two communal bathrooms. There is a separate kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.

We love the flat's safe, well connected location. Kensington Olympia (2 mins), Barons Court (15 mins), Shepherds Bush (15 mins), and Hammersmith (20 mins) tube stations all short walks away, as well as plenty of bus routes!

There are a variety of lovely parks, independent coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and shops in the nearby area!

🏠 About your new flatmates

You will be sharing with three working professionals. We really enjoy spending time together and are looking for someone sociable, clean and tidy who wants to make the flat feel like home. Bonus points if you can bring extra knowledge to our weekly pub quiz!
