THE HOUSE:

Room is situated on the middle floor of a three storey house. Two bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet in both.

Large kitchen diner with two fridges and two freezers. Oven, dishwasher and lots of storage. Seperate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Large garden which we love to use to socialise during the summer.

The communal areas have all recently been redocated, and any issues or cosmetic fixes are dealt with immediately by our live-in property manager.

HOUSEMATES:

All working professionals (home and office based) though we will consider students.

We are a very social house and love to cook together, socialise in the garden, go out together but also value our downtime and allow eachother to work and live our own lives.
