Hi! I’m subletting a lovely room as I’ll be returning to my home country for work for a period of time.

I’ve lived in London for 4 years and moved quite a few times — this is honestly the best flat I’ve stayed in.

Right next to West Kensington tube station, with easy access to central London (only about 10+ minutes).

💰 Rent:
£980 per month (excluding bills & council tax).
Bills are approximately £60/month.

📅 Availability:
April – October (prefer someone who can take the full period)

🏡 The Flat:
• Newly renovated
• We’ve lived here for 6 months
• Very clean and well-maintained (I personally keep things very tidy!)
• 4 bedrooms in total
• 2 bathrooms

👫 Flatmates:
Everyone is very friendly and respectful, all working professionals.
You won’t run into issues with sharing the kitchen or bathrooms.
