An en suite double bedroom is available in a lovely 2 bed ground floor flat in Fulham from 23 April (can be flexible) until 25 May 2026, as my flatmate is moving out early. The room has lots of storage space and French doors that open into the patio. The flat has a large living room, big kitchen with skylight, dining area, and separate guest toilet.

Utilities: Wifi, council tax, water, electricity, gas & heating included in rent.

Amenities: Fully furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, rice cooker, coffee machine, washing machine, and separate tumble dryer, Living room has a large sofa & smart TV. WFH set up (dual monitors, ergonomic chair, standing desk) available for use on all days except Mon & Fri.

Location: Fulham is one of the nicest neighbourhoods in London (may be biased - we've lived here for 2 years). Our street is quiet and residential, but 5 mins away are lots of cute cafés and bistros, and 15 mins away is the river! The flat is equidistant from Barons Court and West Kensington stations (District & Piccadilly lines, inc. night tube) so you can get to Earl's Court in <15mins.

Flatmate: Raine is a 26yo lawyer who WFH 2x a week. She's passionate about film and art so has a cool collection of books & DVDs that you can peruse. She's quiet, tidy, and always keen to make new friends.
