I’m moving out of this lovely flat, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room from 13th May (or sooner if needed).

The room is a bright, furnished double room with plenty of space to make it your own. The flat also comes with access to a shared garden and tennis court – a rare bonus in London and perfect for relaxing or staying active.

The location is fantastic, with great transport links just a short walk to Barons Court and West Kensington stations on the District Line, making it easy to get around the city. There are also lots of great cafes, pubs, shops and parks nearby.

You’d be living with Anna (25) who works in event sales, and Dionne (27) who works in a yoga studio. They’re both friendly, sociable and easy-going, and the flat has a warm, relaxed atmosphere. It’s a great balance of enjoying a chat or occasional hangout while also respecting each other’s space.

They’re looking for someone tidy, considerate and friendly who’d enjoy being part of the home.
