Lovely large double room in friendly flatshare

This large double room with walk- in cupboard room is in a lovely flat in Hampstead. I am on the second floor of an Edwardian mansion on leafy Fitzjohns Avenue. The room has a double bed and plenty of storage and a nice decor. There is a spacious shared lounge and cosy kitchen with breakfast table. The flat has beautiful views over the gardens at the back. The flat has bike storage at the side of the house and a camera security entrance buzzer. I am British and work as a Pilates teacher. At the moment, I am doing a few Zoom online classes only due to the lockdown. There is another medium room in the flat so I am looking to find a third person for that room in a few weeks so the flat is normally 3 girls sharing. (I am not the landlord)
I am looking for someone friendly, clean (someone who will follow current guidelines on hand washing and keeping high touch surfaces clean). Also someone who will enjoy the occasional flat meal, drink out, bit of tv or just a chat during our normally busy day. I think it’s nice to have a flat share where we can catch up with one another but also having our own things going on. I am mostly vegetarian so would prefer someone who only cooks meat or fish occasionally. The flat is in a great location for the tube, buses, supermarket and cinema on the Finchley Road and Hampstead Heath and the high street is great for the shops and cafes. We also have a good internet connection with Virgin media. Bills are not included so you would need to allow an extra £190 for council tax, water, gas, electric and broadband. This amount will decrease once a third person is found. ( bills to be shared between three people).
