Double room on leafy Fitzjohns’ Avenue

I’m leaving my room after 2 and a half years. The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe and cupboards, desk, bookcase and full length mirror. The flat has lovely high ceilings and has a big lounge which gets lots of light. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier. The flat has 2 bathrooms, both have been refurbished during the time I have been here and one has a bath. It’s a cosy home with friendly flatmates who give each other space but are happy to chat too. It’s not a party house and suits someone who respects peace and quiet. The landlord lives in the garden flat which is really handy if things need to be fixed or there are any problems. I have loved living here and am only leaving because I am moving into a place on my own.
The room is for single occupancy.
