The house is located 5' away from Finchley Road tube station ( Jubilee and Metropolitan lines) and Finchley & Frognal train station. It is arranged over 4 levels and is part of a very safe gated development.
The room is freshly painted and has a single bed and build in wardrobes.
Bathroom is to be shared with one more person.
There is a big open plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, comfortable lounge and a beautiful balcony.
There is a big Sainsbury's and Waitrose near by and many lovely pubs and restaurants should they ever reopen!
Bills are not included and come up to about £80 per month.
The house belongs to a private landlady so there won't be any agency fees but references and £900 deposit will be necessary.
We are three female flatmates, all professional, in our mid 30s and 40s, and we are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy.
