Double room in a great flat

Monthly cost:
*Monthly rental cost of £950 for the room to be paid directly to the landlady.
*Shared bills of up to £200 per month on water, council tax, gas and electricity and Internet.

The flat and other tenant:
I am looking for a professional flatmate to share a 2 double bedroom flat located in Hampstead, on Finchley Road and closer to West Hampstead. The flat is spacious and full of light, with high ceilings. Nicely decorated and converted into a lovely home.
There is a small communal garden area that we are able to use as outdoor space.
Buses stop outside the flat, taking you to central London. (Buses 13 and 113 plus 139 and 328).
There is the National Express Coach to Stanstead and Luton airports direct from Fichley Road and Golders Green.
There are trains direct to Luton and Gatwick Airport, overground trains to Richmond, Clapham Junction and Stratford. Within easy access to Jubilee line, northern line and Metropolitan lines.
The flat is located within walking distance of the European school of bussiness.

I am the other tenant and my name is Lily. I have been living at the flat for the last 9 years. I value stability and a positive home environment, with respect, honesty, privacy and safety at home. I am social and friendly, but I also like my own space to rest and reflect.

The landlady uses Paramount agency to complete the safety checks, and she requires 2 months' notice when leaving before the end of year. We rent the flat as a whole but we pay individually for our rooms.
